Davis' article included discussion of an emotional medical malpractice matter handled by Ms. Wilson in which a then-32-year-old mother was admitted to Tenet's Hahnemann University Hospital for a routine cesarean section, but tragically left the hospital in a vegetative state due to alleged inattention to patient safety.
