Maureen E. Hailey has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District. She is certified and has served as an Arbitrator and Chairperson of Arbitration Panels in the Philadelphia County Common Pleas Court System. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
